You need to choose a name for your company and check its availability with the Central Commercial Registry (Registro Mercantil Central). Once the name is approved, you need to register it with the Commercial Registry (Registro Mercantil) in the province where the company will be headquartered.
After registering company with the Spanish Commercial Registry you need to get obtain a tax identification number (NIF). You will also need to open a business bank account and obtain any necessary licenses and permits for your business activity.
